I'm so pathetic.
I was scoping around for a few titles I haven't read to pick up, but I'm so cheap that I don't buy individual issues. All I want to read are the TPBs. When I'm reading a title, I want to hold the whole story arc in my hands at one time. Plus, at $2.50 a piece, I know the individual issues aren't going to last long in my possession.
I know that there are tons of people out there that buy comics just to collect them. Sure, they might halfway like the story, but they're mostly thinking about how much money they're going to get in twenty years when they sell off their precious collection. Me, though, I buy comics to READ them. Yeah, I'm evil.
Anyways, my next set of purchases are going to include Batgirl, Robin, Supergirl, Spider-Girl, Superboy, Teen Titans, Young Justic, New X-Men, Ultimate X-Men, and a few crossbreeds.
Does anyone have any comic recommendations I should actually listen to?
