The other day our database crashed and we were unable to take titos (ticket in, ticket out). So of course every frickin' person in the universe suddenly had to cash in their titos. Idiots. No one was very amused when I had to say "Sorry, the computer's down." And no matter how cute I play at work, everyone was a little pissed off... especially ME.
They had to call in Mr. Shawn to fix the problem. But anyway you look at it, on the scale of sucktitude it was about a six.
