Whoa, I just tried Dawn Direct Foam and that stuff works freakishly well. I was actually a little scared...
Two squirts of foam on the scrubber, and suddenly my dishes were almost cleaning themselves. It was well worth a Keanu Reeves-esque "Whoa."
